Returns

We want you to love your Nikaani KIds purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With original tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

• Gift Cards
• Items marked as final sale

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. 

please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue.
